Pivotal insight
Health system supply chain managers like to stockpile IV bags as they’re ubiquitous and widely used in all areas of the hospital. However, since IV bags are incredibly difficult and time consuming to create, this was causing major shortages.
Solution
To clearly show the complexity of IV bag production, we storyboarded, scripted and produced a two-minute video. We selected animation because it allowed us to visualize the process in a gettable way, and without showing proprietary manufacturing equipment or processes.
